By placing an order with Motiraé, customers agree to the terms and conditions listed on our website.

Motiraé currently ships to Quebec and Ontario only, with plans to expand to other Canadian provinces soon.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, contact information, and a complete shipping address at checkout. Motiraé is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

All product descriptions, photos, prices, and availability are provided as accurately as possible. However, slight colour differences may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.

Motiraé reserves the right to update product prices, modify product details, discontinue items, adjust offers, correct listing errors, or cancel orders when necessary, including due to product availability, pricing errors, listing errors, or fulfillment limitations.

Motiraé reserves the right to cancel any order if an item becomes unavailable, damaged, incorrectly listed, or cannot be fulfilled. Motiraé may also cancel an order if shipping to the customer’s location is unavailable, restricted, unusually high in cost, or not possible to complete.

If Motiraé cancels an order, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Motiraé is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, postal companies, holidays, weather conditions, high-volume periods, incorrect address details, or circumstances outside our control.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Motiraé may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will take effect once posted on our website.
