Motiraé Shipping Policy

Motiraé currently ships to Quebec and Ontario only, with plans to expand to other Canadian provinces soon.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, weather conditions, postal delays, or carrier delays.

For Quebec orders, Motiraé offers an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days. A shipping fee of C$6.00 applies to orders from C$0.00 to C$60.00, and a reduced shipping fee of C$3.00 applies to orders from C$60.00 to C$100.00. Orders over C$100.00 qualify for free shipping within Quebec.

Motiraé offers free local delivery within 10 miles of Downtown Montreal. Estimated local delivery time is 2–3 business days.

For Ontario orders, Motiraé offers standard shipping for C$15.00. Orders over C$150.00 qualify for free shipping. Estimated delivery time for Ontario orders is 8–10 business days.

Shipping to the rest of Canada is coming soon as Motiraé plans to expand delivery to other provinces in the future.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Motiraé is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect address details, customer errors, postal company errors, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, high-volume periods, or circumstances outside our control.
